I am a married mother with 3 active children (14, 12, 10) and a practicing, Registered Practical Nurse.

My motherhood experiences combined with a nursing career have developed a stronger understanding and value of breastfeeding. My passion is helping other mothers to breastfeed successfully. As a young mother I faced my own challenges with breastfeeding, so I know there can be obstacles to overcome on the way to a comfortable and successful experience.
I completed my training as a practical nurse and was licenced in 2010 and now I am currently employed at Hamilton’s Juravinski Hospital. I love my job but was looking to build on satisfaction I gained from working with new mothers.

In April of 2018, I was awarded my International Board Certified Lactation Consultant License, now offering private lactation consultation services to new and experienced mothers.
